WE Terms of Service.

WE is a social platform built for groups. By creating an account, accessing, or using WE, users agree to these Terms of Service.

Eligibility

Users must be at least 13 years old to use WE. By creating an account, users confirm that they meet this requirement and have legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If a user is under the age of majority where they live, a parent or legal guardian must authorize their use of WE.

User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account, protecting their password, and activity that occurs through their account.

User Content

Users are responsible for the content they create, upload, post, send, or share on WE. Users must have the rights needed to post their content.

By submitting content to WE, users grant WE the limited license needed to host, display, distribute, and operate that content inside WE and related services.

Prohibited Conduct

  • No harassment, bullying, threats, targeted abuse, or hate.
  • No sexual exploitation, illegal activity, impersonation, spam, scams, or manipulation.
  • No unauthorized use of content, trademarks, or intellectual property.
  • No attempts to disrupt, abuse, or interfere with WE services.

Moderation and Account Restrictions

WE may review reports, remove content, restrict groups, restrict accounts, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts when needed to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or operate the service safely.

Intellectual Property

The WE name, logos, branding, designs, software, features, and platform materials are owned by WE Network LLC or its licensors.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

WE is provided as available and may change over time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WE Network LLC disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
